Dr. Loh Tze Liang proudly calls Petaling Jaya his hometown, where he grew up and attended school for secondary and Form 6 education. His path to medicine took an unexpected turn after he aced his STPM exams, prompting his family's encouragement to pursue a medical career at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). As the first doctor in his family, Dr. Loh completed his MBBS and housemanship before specializing in Otorhinolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery at University of Malaya.

 

Since becoming an ENT Specialist in 2018, Dr. Loh has been passionately treating a diverse range of conditions, from everyday procedures like removing fish bones and foreign bodies in the ear, nose and throat to complex surgeries to remove lumps and growths. Dr. Loh's expertise is not just confined to treating ear, nose, and throat conditions but extends beyond to encompass head, neck, thyroid surgeries, and even cancer treatments.

His enthusiasm for ENT, Head, Neck & Thyroid conditions grew from finding immense satisfaction in solving various medical puzzles within the specialty. Dr. Loh embraces cutting-edge technologies like endoscopes and advanced imaging systems to perform minimally invasive surgeries, ensuring patients receive top-notch care with minimal discomfort.

With the launch of "All About Ear, Nose, Throat with Dr Loh" - a series of educational content about ENT health, Dr Loh aims to share all he knows from informative posts to actionable advice.
